Clients must complete Maryland Judiciary Case Search BEFORE submitting the form below.
  • Search for your case(s).
  • Open each case individually.
  • Copy and paste the ENTIRE case information from:
    • “Case Information”
    • Through the charges
    • Through the disposition
    • All the way down to the small print at the bottom of the page
  • Paste the FULL content into the required field in this intake form.

If you do not paste the full case search entry, your consultation will not be scheduled.

STEP 2: MAKE A PAYMENT
